Notice to Northern Ontario Employers!

Are you aware of a Government of Ontario incentive to provide young northerners with access to work placements and internships?  If you are a private or public sector employer located in Northern Ontario involved in one of a number of eligible areas, you could benefit by hiring a student seeking RVT accreditation through either a co-op placement or an internship.  Eligible employers will be provided with a conditional contribution of a wage subsidy to hire a post-secondary student.

Spring: March 15th
Summer: May 15th

Placement of an Employment ad within the TechNews newsletter is for a one issue period for a three month period or until the next issue of the newsletter is published.

  • Ad’s may contain graphics as long as they are no larger than 3.5” x 2” at 300 dpi. All graphics for the web may be in colour format, but when published in TechNews, they will be in greyscale only.
  • Charges for TechNews ad placement are outlined below. Any requested changes to an ad already placed will be treated as a new ad and billed.
